Logistics Data Integration
- Established logistics milestones database, with data feed directly from logistics partners
- Leveraged third-party data platform (e.g. Project 44) for accurate event status
- Developed internal oversight report capturing all key milestones from departure to NDC, open to merchandising and brand management team
Sample & Production Tracking
- Developed our proprietary systems on product tracking at PO level capturing key milestones (rolled out to all countries, plan to extend milestones)
- Developed an app on sample tracking (piloting with one vendor)
- Use Quonda for quality inspections. All inspections are conducted via handheld devices
